Golf Fitness (In-Person Coaching)

So what does One-to-One personal training involve?

  • Assessment / Screening: To assess your current levels of strength & mobility. We will perform a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) range of motion test so I can assign you a home mobility program that will help you achieve better positions in your golf swing. I’ll also get you to complete my client screening questionnaire so I can create a nutrition strategy for you.
  • Custom training plan: An individualised gym-based program, based off your TPI screening & client questionnaire.
  • Train with me in person: Between 1 to 3 times per week in the gym with coaching, support & education throughout your workouts.
  • Action plan / Welcome pack containing educational information to help you get the best results possible from your training.
  • Custom nutrition plan (Calories / Macros explained) to tie in with your goals.
  • Fitness recipe books: 300+ easy to follow recipes to help fuel you for your exercise regime & golf and to help you reach your body composition goal.
  • WhatsApp support – If you want to text or jump on a call at any time during the week to check something.
