I completed a TPI assessment with Coach Frank Power in January where he set out a program of mobility exercises. I then completed 12 weeks one on one training with Frank. He is very good on teaching the techniques of gym activities. I have had no injuries since I started, I feel much better, and I am enjoying my golf much better as a result of his training program. All in all, very positive and Frank is a very nice guy, who is focused on results. I would highly recommend a number of sessions with him.

While going to Frank for my one-to-one sessions in relation to my golf game I took 2 shots off my handicap and put on 7mph of clubhead speed. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to improving my distance in relation to my golf. Frank demonstrated each exercise for me which helped my understanding on how to perform movements properly and safely. I went to Frank in December 2022 two evenings a week, until May 2023.
