My name is Frank Power. I am the owner of Power Golf Fitness. I am a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. I am also TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified golf fitness coach.

I completed a TPI assessment with Coach Frank Power in January where he set out a program of mobility exercises. I then completed 12 weeks one on one training with Frank. He is very good on teaching the techniques of gym activities. I have had no injuries since I started, I feel much better, and I am enjoying my golf much better as a result of his training program. All in all, very positive and Frank is a very nice guy, who is focused on results. I would highly recommend a number of sessions with him.
