Group Classes
Group Classes are an excellent choice for anyone from beginner to advanced level who is looking to increase their strength and fitness levels in a structured way with the added benefit of encouragement and motivation from a group environment.
These full body workouts are typically a 45-minute session and designed for a maximum of 18 people (minimum of 6) with similar goals, who will follow a set program for the duration of the class.
Starting with a short warm-up and then moving to a full body rotation using a combination of machines, free weights, and resistance bands, this class is perfect for someone who wants to improve their current fitness levels in a safe and progressive way under a coach’s supervision.
There are currently two options for classes.
Option 1: Ladies only classes – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2:00pm (PAYG)
Option 2: Mixed Evening Golf Fitness classes each Monday & Wednesday evening at 7:15pm. The evening classes are an 8 x Week training block priced at €160.00 for the 16 x Sessions.
